Meet Our Therapists

Sarah O. Harris, LMBT
(NC Lic.#15744).
In 2016, she graduated from The Medical Arts School where she studied different
modalities of massage, the importance of anatomy, client care, and self care.
Today, Sarah uses modalities such as Swedish massage, Deep Tissue massage,
Trigger Point Release, Reflexology, Cupping and Muscle Release Therapy for
the individualized treatment plan of clients. Sarah also believes it is important to
educate her clients and help them understand what may be causing the
symptoms the client is having, implementing stretches, and ways
to reduce repetitive motions. She is also a Medical Reiki II practitioner,
which uses hands-on energy healing to promote the client’s emotional
or physical healing.Sarah’s interest in learning massage started
at a young age, with her mother reading and learning about
massage, pain reduction, and self care. Through the years, her desire to help others increased. Combined with her knowledge, techniques, and empathy,
Sarah has been able to help her clients relieve pain for longer periods of time.

Sally Paul, LMBT#18039
(works with women only)
I have been passionate about helping women through massage and bodywork for over 10 years. With a background in dance and soccer, my love of movement inspired me to become a certified yoga and Pilates instructor. My focus was to empower my students to achieve optimal health through physical movement and deep breathing, while working on the body’s alignment and posture.
This journey eventually led me to discover the amazing healing art of Thai Bodywork and pursue a certification from the
Thai Institute of Healing Arts in 2009.
After moving to North Carolina five years ago, I decided to establish
a career as a licensed Massage and Bodywork Therapist.
I’m grateful for the opportunity to assist women with improved
mobility and reduced stress.
I specialize in Deep Tissue, Swedish, Trigger Point, Myofascial, Gua Sha, and Thai Massage. Each session is tailored to a woman and her specific needs, which may include aftercare protocols such as stretches, mobility exercises and self-massage. My goal has always been to provide a compassionate
and holistic approach to treating women.
I love camping adventures with my husband, hiking, swimming,
Pilates, reading, and playing with my sweet kitties,
BMO (for all you ‘Adventure Time’ fans), Hannah,
and my beloved pup, Izzybelle.

Christi Collins, LMBT #21055

My name is Christi Collins and I am a licensed massage and bodywork and therapist in North Carolina. I am originally from Michigan but have called North Carolina home for the last 5 years.
I have been married to a teacher/coach since 1997 and having raised three amazing children this has kept me busy and with that learning.
Being an athlete in high school, I understand all too well the “old sports injuries” that creep up on us as we age. It became my desire to help people recover from injuries and restore them to their best while I was raising children who played sports and being around athletics.
I received training in Swedish, Deep Tissue, Sports, Prenatal, Reflexology, Polarity, Myofascial Release and Hot Stone massage. I have also used Craniosacral holds to help clients during their session.
Upon completion of my schooling I then received my certification for Pain-Free Posture and Effective Treatments for Sciatica.
As someone who loves to learn it is my passion to seek out ways to help others. My overall goal is to help my client to relax, get relief and restore them to their full potential.
